The arts meet hospitality in this new boutique hotel located on the Greek island of Syros, which features an aesthetic that masterfully blends comfort, design and sustainability. A restored neoclassical mansion, Hotel Aristide features nine rooms, three plunge pool suites and a rooftop restaurant. Home to a permanent art collection, guests to the hotel can also expect to find all kinds of art decorating rooms and public spaces. A dedicated art gallery will also host temporary exhibitions and artist residencies. Guests wanting something a little more eco-conscious can also be rest assured with the hotel’s environmental regeneration programme, which includes a re-greening project in collaboration with Cyclades Preservation Fund to help offset the carbon footprint of guests’ travel to the island. Single-use plastic is nowhere to be found onsite, water is heated with solar panels and rainwater is collected in a cistern to be reused.
