It was the good old customer service approach that stood out
Going to the Maldives was something special for my girlfriend and I, going to celebrate her 30th birthday in style and all I wanted was it to be perfect. Perfect doesn’t even cut it, I am normally quite a chatty individual but to say I was speechless still doesn’t give it enough credit. The beautiful scenery, SUPER attentive staff and everything that came included with our all inclusive upgrade meant we didn’t spend anything like I thought we would when we arrived.
Dealing with Rob made everything simple, in my quest for the perfect holiday he gave me a lot of advice with what to pick and dealt with A LOT of questions from me which any normal person would very quickly get annoyed at. The booking process was simple with the majority of work being done behind closed doors, it was the good old customer service approach that stood out, with the travel documents arriving in a branded portfolio (which was a life saver) to a simple text on day 1 of our holiday to make sure that we have arrived safe and everything was what we expected.
Safe to say I have already set Rob and Lisa the task of finding us our next holiday as I couldn’t think about using anyone else.
